The Herman Frink Award
The Herman Frink Award is for the “Teamster of the Day”. This award has been established by the Windham County Agricultural Society to honor a member of the Association who served for a number of years as chief judge of all draft horse events at the fair. This includes all classes except for Lots 4 and 5.
