Commercial & Non-Profit Displays

Rules for Displays

  1. Any commercial farm/non-profit is eligible to exhibit.
  2. Only (1) entry is allowed in this class per farm/non-profit.
  3. All exhibits must be completed during the set-up hours.
  4. All products displayed must be from the same farm.
ALL ENTRIES FOR DEPARTMENTS 43 & 44 MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS


Commercial Displays

To be displayed in the Better Living Building

Department 45

Premiums: $50.00 Awarded per Entry
Additional $50.00 Awarded to BEST IN SHOW

Judging Criteria:


  1. Quality, Color
  2. Creativity
  3. Cleanliness
  4. Prominently Display the Name of Farm
  5. All entries will be judged on their own merits
Display must be Agriculturally based in presentation
Each Display has a 10’x5′ area with access to electricity.

Non-Profit Organization Displays

Department 44

Premiums: $50.00 Awarded per Entry
Additional $50.00 Awarded to BEST IN SHOW

Judging Criteria:


  1. Quality, Color
  2. Creativity
  3. Cleanliness
  4. Prominently Display the Name of Organization
  5. All entries will be judged on their own merits
Display must show a representation of Agriculture
Each Display has a 10’x5′ area with access to electricity.
