Judging Criteria

1. All entries will be judged on the appearance, bottling, and cleanliness of the container
2. Outside characteristics: judging will be based on color, clarity, and bottle appearance
3. Inside characteristics: judging will be based on taste, flavor, texture, smoothness, and bitterness
4. All entries will be judged on their own merits
